Some of the songs we sing are by Hillsong, Chris Tomlin, David Crowder and many other contemporary Christian artists. After singing, you will hear a practical message from God’s Word.

TRADITIONAL WORSHIP AT ACBC

Traditional worship at Ancient City Baptist Church began in 1895 with the founding forefathers and the organization of this historic place in downtown St. Augustine. The beauty and atmosphere of this historic space creates a warmth that invites us to worship. But worship is not about the beautiful surroundings and building, but about the people and the Holy God they worship. At Ancient City the fellowship is warm and welcoming, allowing both our members and visitors to experience the presence of God. The music of this traditional worship service features the great hymns of our faith and choral music led by our Sanctuary Choir.
Each week we worship through scripture-based sermons that apply to our daily lives, prayer, confession, and the assurance of forgiveness. Each week we bring faith to life in our family, community and around the world. Each week we experience acts of praise, thanksgiving, proclamation and dedication. Each week we experience the love of God.
We invite you to attend our traditional service on Sundays at 11:00 am, and worship the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
